Family Workshop: A Lesson in Honesty – Jaadeh!

Gather round in a circle and join us for a journey to Liberia, a country in West Africa, and learn new words in Bassa (a language spoken in Liberia and Sierra Leone).

Robtel Neajai Pailey, author of Jaadeh!, invites families to explore what it means to be accountable to self, community, nation and globe.

Ahead of this family workshop there will be stories playing from audio book Story Story, Story Come read by African storytellers living on the continent and in the diaspora. Families and children of all ages are invited to join and listen.
